Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?

Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. When you buy a mattress in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting some great deals, you are ignoring how you and your partner's body will react to the matter. Any new mattress has a break-in period (adjustment period), and your body needs time to adjust to the better f el. Lying on a mattress for a short time in a store setting does not provide insight. Buying a mattress online further compounds that you never got to touch or feel the mattress before you purchase. That's why mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the mattress in a comfortable home setting without any pressure and then make the call whether to retain or return.

What is the duration of BedInABox’s risk-free trial period?

BedInaBox offers 120 night risk-free trial period starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty

Does BedInABox offers warranty for mattresses?

BedInABox guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be determined to be defective because of faulty workmanship or manufacturer's defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitations outlined herein.

What does BedInABox’s warranty covers in terms of defects?

This warranty includes deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that may cause the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 inch during the first five (5) years of the warranty or greater than 1.25-inch during years 6-20, not caused by a sag in the foundation adjustable bed, or platform. Suppose such defects occur during the first ten (10) years of this 20 Year, limited warranty BedInABoxwill, repair or replace the mattress. BedInABox will replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you from years 11 to 20. During the first year of the prorated 10 Year period (year 11), the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated amount will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from BedInABox.

Delivery

Does BedInABox offer free shipping on orders and returns?

All shipping and return in the contiguous US are free; you don't need to pay anything. However, residents of CA may be subject to a shipping fee with the choice to opt-out of said shipping fee during check ut. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APOs is available at an additional cost.
