Trial, Return & Exchange (Questions: 7)

• Q.1) What is the duration of Nestbedding’s risk-free trial period?

New Nest Bedding mattress comes with our industry-leading 365-night sleep trial. The trail begins on the date you receive your mattress and cannot be extended or paused.

• Q.2) What is the minimum period you need to try Nestbedding mattress before initiating a return?

The human body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, just like your feet need time to change to new shoes, so expect some aches and pains. Nest bedding asks that you give your mattress a try for 30-nights minimum before initiating a return.

• Q.3) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?

You won’t need this packaging again, so go ahead and dispose of the box and plastic wrapping appropriately.

• Q.4) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Nestbedding?

Nest Bedding provides a free pick-up of your mattress as part of the return policy. The majority of the time, nest bedding will contract a third-party service in your local area, and typically that service is disposal only.

• Q.5) What happens to returned or exchanged products?

Over 90% of nest bedding mattress returns are used in their local communities rather than recycled down into scrap or disposed of.

• Q.6) When can I expect a return for my refund?

Once the mattress is picked up or a donation receipt is received, the refund process starts in less than one business day. The amount will reflect in your account in 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

• Q.7) Can I exchange a Nestbedding mattress?

Nest Bedding mattresses give Comfort Exchange after the requisite 30 day adjustment period and within 365 days from the delivery date of your original mattress. A Comfort Exchange is there once per customer, per year. On approval for an exchange, you get 30 days to complete the process. After 30 days, a new request for exchange is necessary. Exchange requests are not entitled if the mattress is damaged or destroyed.

Shipping & Delivery (Questions: 9)

• Q.1) Does Nestbedding offer free shipping on orders and returns?

Shipping is free within the United States and carries an extra charge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

• Q.2) Does Nestbedding offers shipping to Canada?

Nest bedding ships to Canada through a third-party vendor at an additional cost.

• Q.3) Does Nestbedding ships internationally?

Nest Bedding ships the mattress to all 50 states. International shipping is also there through a third-party vendor.

• Q.4) What shipping partners Nestbedding currently uses?

Nest bedding ships their mattresses in a box via FedEx or UPS straight to your doorstep.

• Q.5) How soon Nestbedding delivers products after ordering?

Once purchased, Nestbedding mattress typically takes 8-10 business days to build or prepare your mattress and have it ready for shipping. Shipping times and delivery dates can vary from 1-5 business days, depending on where you live. It roughly takes 1-3 weeks to deliver after ordering.

• Q.6) Does Nestbedding charge any fees for return shipping?

All return shipping is free. Returns initiated before the 30-night mark will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

• Q.7) Does Nestbedding offer white-glove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

Nest bedding provides a White Glove delivery service for an extra charge.

• Q.8) How much Nestbedding charges for whiteglove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

Nest bedding provides a White Glove delivery service for an additional $99 per order.

Nest bedding can help coordinate your needs with our local delivery service in the more excellent Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Areas. Across the United States with a third-party delivery service in your area.

Warranty (Questions: 4)

• Q.1) Does Nestbedding offers warranty for mattresses?

Nest bedding offers a lifetime limited warranty for its mattresses.

• Q.2) What does Nestbedding’s warranty covers in terms of defects?

Visible indention or sag of the foam mattress greater than one (1) inch is not a result of improper use, an improper bed, bed base, or foundation, including damage caused by flexing or bowed slats.

A production flaw in the cover zipper - this does not include zipper breakage resulting from improper or overuse of zipper.

A physical flaw in the cover's construction, such as fabric tearing or stitch unraveling that does not result from improper use.

• Q.3) What defects are not covered under Nestbedding’s warranty?

The Nestbedding's limited warranty doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Any improper use of the mattress.
• Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
• Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration occur over time and are caused by you.
• Indents, sagging, or body indentations less than one (1) inch deep.
• Personal opinions or preferences concern a mattress's softness, firmness, or attributes.
• The mattresses purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted, or anyway not in possession of the original owner.
• Any mattress received through a non-authorized Nest Bedding dealer.
• Physical damage to the foam mattress caused by you.
• Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
• Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.
• Naturally emitting odors from foam, cotton, or other materials.
• Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?

Suppose nest bedding determines that your Defect is legitimate as per this Limited Warranty. The only remedy will be a repair or replacement of your mattress with a comparable size and model mattress. If your size and model are discontinued, nest bedding will provide the most comparable Nest Bedding mattress product available as a replacement at our sole discretion.
